By accessing or using the Selam website and mobile app, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Selam provides a language-learning platform for Amharic. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.
When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
Selam offers a freemium model. Premium features require a subscription ($6.99/month or $39.99/year). Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and processed by RevenueCat. Refund requests are handled per Apple's refund policies.
All lesson content, design, audio recordings, illustrations, and the Anbessa mascot are owned by Selam Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Selam is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the service will be error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selam Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of California.
